Dear Forum:
I know, I know; there are tons of poetry links on the web and you don't need me to find them for you. So why am I bothering you with this link? Well...the link below is my favorite, since it is an alphabetical, indexed list of all the great, classic poets, on one simple page. No nagging ad banners or spam to ruin the aesthetic.
If you've never read Pushkin in English, do yourself a favor and read "The Flower". The translation is EXCELLENT, according to my Russian students. Many of them had memorized the Russian version when they were grade-school kids, and were amazed that the translation into English could be so "exact", for lack of a better word. You'll find it on the main index under "Alexander Sergeyevich Pushkin", along with 10 more of his more famous poems.
