I didn't do it over the weekend because my laptop's touchpad sucked (golly, thatsounds rude, doesn't it?) so I think I have done it maybe a dozen times so far. I think I will wait until someone else tops 35 before bothering to improve my performance. |

| Yaramaz, congrats! You're really good!! But actually it's a matter of getting the hang of it, at first I couldn't do more than 3 seconds, but after practcing for 5 minutes I got 16! Well... looks like I have a headache now... it's addictive!! |

| I got 36.2. But I tried it for about a dozen times before I got that score. I found once it starts speeding up that doing figure 8's helps... My hubby got 37 - but he was at it for a good half hour... |

| Plus it helps if you trash talk the blue shapes. I use "you want a piece' o me?" plus a few choice insults. I have not been able to get the same score since. But I can't be heard screaming obscenities from my office... Or maybe that might get me a few 'personal' days off... |

Too much time wasted on puzzles. But fun. BTW anyone else notice that Dave (of ESL cafe) has grown a beard? And they've changed the link location to this forum. Had to go to the other column. Got all upset thinking that they had done away with this forum until I looked to the right...
Keen observation skills are not my forte. Though I did notice Dave's new bohemian look... |

You're good at these things though. I think balancing on that dragonfly all day must give you extra skills.
I got 4 this morning. |

| A girl's gotta do what works best and really, a dragonfly is great in Istanbul traffic. You can get across the bridge in no time during rush hour, and even get into Taksim Square during Polis haftasi! And unlike taxi drivers I don't have to worry about carrying exact change (last weekend's annoying taxi story: coming home at 2 or 3am, I only had a 20 for a 7 ytl fare and after a lot of pouting and grumbling from the driver, I received 13 ytl entirely in 1 lira and 50 kurus coins) |

I just don't get that at all. The last school I worked at had a canteen guy who'd do that, give you the change in the smallest coıins possible, then would have any left in five minutes.
complete rubbish. |

And with this total unwillingness to give change, why on earth did they release 50 and 100YTL notes? Every time I get a 50 from the ATM my heart just sinks knowing I'll have to run around to 5 different places or get off-yaaa'ed at for trying to spend it.
Where is all the change in this country? And why doesn't anyone want to give it? |

It's turning into a rant. Adding to the above, have you every tried to pay someone in all 1 YTL coins? You'd think they'd be happy with all the precious, precious change they're getting, but that miffs them too!
Okay I'm done. |

Wow! To the nearest 5? Mine are rounding off to 10!
The 1 kuruş seemed to survive all of a month... |
