I see the Erik season has started.

There is a decrepit old man sitting outside my apartment block with a makeshift stall selling bags of Eriks.

Has anyone bought any erik yet?

I've been eyeing the erik, but it may be a few weeks too early yet. I know erik is supposed to be sour, but these look a little too sour...

it is the right time for real erik. Sour and great with salt. If you like sweet and bigger ones wait for another month.

Do the 'erik' mark the start of the sour grapes season ... and their vintage whine ...
