Hi,
I am teaching in the UAE, and have heard rumors that College of the North Atlantic will allow Americans to work at the university as lecturers in the near future. Anyone know anything about this? Is it just a rumor to get my hopes up? Thanks |

Why? There are other and better choices for Americans in Qatar than CNA.

Greetings all,
Where does one find a decent listing of Qatari higher education institutions in order to check their websites and learn more about employment opportunities when they become available.

I can't think of a site online (maybe fellow dohalites could suggest otherwise?) which has a comprehensive list but I do know that if you are in Qatar, then Marhaba magazine would have it. Your best bet though is to google the following places:
Qatar University
CHN University
CNA
Qatar Foundation
etc...
If you are a qualified teacher for primary/secondary education then google :
Doha College
DESS
Qatar Academy
etc...
From what I hear QP, QAC, Rasgas and Dolphin Energy........ are not recruitng now (though I could be wrong- can anyone confirm this?)
