| I think a good teacher is someone who can admit they are wrong or that they don't have all the answers. Also, someone who generally cares about their students and if they are learning. |

| For teachers with more tiresome students, the let it go attitude that comes with a bottle of whisky ... preferably after having drunk only half of it ... |

Which brings the peace of knowing that you still have the other half left. |

(Presuming that yours, like mine, is not an exhaustive list) ... it depends what one calls interesting I suppose, and of course how one goes about one's teaching ... |

Now that was interesting ... though I'm not sure many on this forum would agree ...
.. couldn't get to it myself .. not on free to air over here like in Turkey ... neither is the World cup .. one unscrupulous company is squeezing everyone ... including its current subscribers ... kopekler!
Let's hope the national squad can pip Liverpool for the title of most succesful English team ... |

| So that is why you were asking about which bars in Taksim were showing the world cup. Probably most of them as it is on normal telly. |

All answers to this question will be purely subjective. Every teacher will give a different answer, as will every student.
My opinion?
A good teacher is someone who creates a target-rich environment, helps students tap into their own intrinsic motivation, keeps the subject matter lively and interesting, challenges students, challenges him/herself, and makes the learning experience genuinely enjoyable for all. |
