I find it facinating the adioms on my contract . I have worked many jobs here in China because I know that if I stay in one place I still make the same money . I move on for new scenary and people . Some of the adioms are a result of previous teachers behavior, are very humorous to me . In Wuxi my first job I had , " Any sign of mental instability will result in immediate dismissal . On the same contract I was to promiss to love my students . Here in Nan Yang I am told that any amorous affairs with students or staff will result in immediate dismissal . When I was in Shanxi they had an adiom about prostitutes in my apartment . NO PROSTITUTES IN YOUR APPARTMENT . Now how do they recognize a prostitute . YOU CAN TELL BECAUSE THEY WEAR WHITE BOOTS THAT GO TO THEIR KNEES and like pink lights .
I now have a new regulation that was added yesterday that stipulates that I can have a drink at lunch but can not be drunk during class time in the afternoon . This is a result of an alcohlic that is still here waiting to be paid his way home .
Chinese , Koreans or Japanese have no idea about professional behavior . These adioms should not be put on a contract because of previous teachers .
Do you have an adiom on your contract that is a result of a previous teacher ? What is it ?

A special clause in one of my previous contracts read:

"For your pizza you must pay with your own money".

Needless to say there was no Pizza Hut in town and I really doubt they knew what a pizza tasted like!

Hey dude.

"Adiom" is not a word in any language, especially Latin.
