Is Poland wireless? I was thinking about getting a wireless card for when heading to Poland but I'm not sure if it's neccessary. Are there any wireless cafes or do a lot of schools have this yet?

Not many schools have wireless internet but many probably will do so soon. There are only a few cafes which have wireless - mostly in big cities like Wrocław, Krakw, Szczecin and Warsaw. I can recommend Coffee Heaven (or is it Coffee Planet) on ul. Świdnica, Wrocław.

Some places do have them (like the chalet I stayed in in Zakopane, in the mountains) but the big providers have yet to market it for home use - it's still a minority technology. Although with the current subscriber rate to cable and broadband networks, expect the rollout to come soon.
