Make sure you get a clause that gets you the "release letter" for when you leave the school. All the government schools require the release letter to be able to employ you. More and more private schools are asking for them too. Don't leave the school without it and must have the school chop on it. Best way is to swap your Z Visa for it. If you had a big fight with the school or not so good terms when you are leaving just write one out showing the time you worked there and that you have ended the contract. Make sure you get a tranlslated copy too, onefor you and one for them. That way the school won't get upset. Most Release Letters are fullof good things but some may need to just the bare facts.
