i absolutely agree - they are devoted and adoring with their girlfriends wives and kids - almost childlike - it must be great if it's you! |

It's possible to hook up with Spanish women, but in my experience you have to stay away until 8AM when to do it. Survival of the fittest! |

I know all generalizations are false, but my advice with espaolas is "don't go there". Every Spanish girl I ever dated expected me to be telepathic, played mind like "guess why I'm angry with you" and started fights for the slightest reason. They called it the "Latin temperament", I called it selfish, theatrical and immature. |

Madrid: La Fontana, near Sol (late night drinking hole). If you can't pull there then you really should think about pursuing a career in a monastary. |

It's interesting that you mention crooks. On a recent trip to Barcelona, I met a good-looking, interesting man who, nonetheless, seemed to have some very shady business dealings (He was Eastern European, though, not Spanish). Is Spain a hotbed for crooks and scam artists? |

quote: "Is that the Irish bar ?": in the loosest sense of the term as in stick in a load of wood and brass and a couple of wooden beer barrels and then charge double for a pint of Heineken. It's La Fontana de Oro: a grim place where some deeply tragic mates of mine would go armed with their European passports to meet very friendly and rather gullible South-American girls after anywhere half decent had long closed. |

Hey, man, don't feel so bad, I found the same situation in China, the girls don't date outsiders. However, when I eventually met a doctor, a local girl, she turned out to be looking for a green card, lol, so it was all in vain, but nice while it lasted. That ruined my life. |

Yep! That's my ex in a nutshell. She came from South America. However, it's in their blood for sure. She'd explode over nothing. She'd blame me for something completely irrational and way out of my control (many times I was at work 15 miles away when whatever "it" was happened). She's a seven year old in a forty year old body. She's extremely impulsive, quick to judge and execute anybody or anything. for any obtuse emotion. |
