Vietnam.

I'm living in Korea now, but want to spend about 8 weeks in Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. After this I want to fly back to New York. I'm just not sure where to start and what is worth seeing, how long, and where should I go first, second, etc? I'm an American, so I'm unsure about The VISAS too. Has anyone done this or any advice on these places? Thank you for helping me!!

I second going to Luang Probang. I didn't have time to hit Van Viang but I heard it was interesting.

If you find yourself with a few extra days a trip to Prey Veng along the shores of Tonle Bat is an interesting side trip to see a bit of the Cambodian countryside. Then you could get a taxi and ferry across to a very charming Kampong Cham and then take a boat down the Mekong back to PP.
