Hi, i was wondering if anyone could help me.....i need to send money from poland to my english bank account but im not so sure what to do! or if i am doing it wrong. I went to the bank with a friend and after filling out the forms i was contacted today to say there were problems with the title?
Anyway im sure my way was not the best.
COuld anyone give me any advice on transferring cash to an english bank account, and/or the difficulties of opening a polish account!

Open an account at Citibank, it's easy and normally somebody in the branch speaks some English. Once the account is open you can either use telephone banking (English language service is available and is good) or internet banking (the site is in English and Polish). Transfering money to the UK costs 20PLN and takes about five minutes over the phone.

If you're not taking a huge amount, you'll get a better exchange rates from the kantors and the more you change, the better the rate
