A question is usually followed by a question mark. You did ask a question in your opening sentence, didn't you ? (note the correct use of question marks here).

What is 'english' ? Surely it should be capitalised.

'Or at least ..' is a continuation of the same sentence and doesn't stand up as a sentence on its own.

So, my grammar is'nt always perfect. Strike a chord ?

Absolutely perfect retort.

So, general opinion is that 'line bullying' is something to do with line management bullies or bullying on the assembly line.

Cheers Very Happy

In a flash of genius it came to me last night, as I often ponder on the unsolved mysteries of the universe. I actually think line bullying is where your manager bullies you and you bully your underlings etc etc, as in your line manager, chain of command type thingy wotsit. Does that make sense?

Doood! You're thinking about this stuff when you're away from the comp? You need to get some hobbies.
(Still can't find 'wot' in the dictionary.)

Any definitions ? Its work related ..a Chinese teacher found it in a workbook and I am stumped ....

Stil ...Not sure of the context ..he just threw it at me ....

Sth to do with 'working on the line' maybe , perhaps ..I dunno

If you google "line bullying" (with quotation marks), you'll see that a large number of the results relate to on-line bullying.

Now if your colleague gave you the context of "working on the line", perhaps he meant "working on-line".

Ergo .... well, you get the idea....

Go back and ask your colleague if the workbook article was about the Internet.

Without more context I would think it simply means rough-housing or horsing around in a line among "Kool cats".

Likely whoever wrote the tripe understood what bullying was and wanted to describe a situation in a line where it occurred.
