On HONG KONG island you will find the most second-hand bookstores.
I personally favour FLOW in Mirrison Terrace (I hope I am giving the right address!); this is right under the travelator that takes you from Queen's Rd to Hollywood Rd. The house stands on a corner; the shop is on floors 2 and 3.
You might also get great value for your money at SWQINDON'S bargain corner where they dispose of their old stocks at heavily-discounted prices. SWINDON's have two stores; the bargain corner is to be found in the mall next to the Star Ferry pier in Tsimshatsui, 3rd level. |

Elsewhere on the internet, Flow is mentioned as being located at 40 Lyndhurst Terrace. Two numbers are quoted: 2964 9483 and 8104 0822.
Crown Books has very cheap children's books and a small supply of cheap English novels. They're located at The Peak Galleria, Exit P TST E MTR station and Grand Century Plaza (193 Prince Edward Road, Mong Kok). |
