Sorry I can't say anything about the working conditions, as I haven't worked there, but I looked into them so I thought I'd throw in my 2 cents anyway.

For me they were a bit far out of the city. I think they're within a block or two of a subway stop, the ride into town being about 30-45 min (I think!). I also heard it's one of the more polluted areas of Beijing. On the other hand, they are close to all those mountains in the west, so maybe you'd like that.

They do have a website, I'm assuming you've found it? I think I remember it having lots of pictures.... ah yes! Here's some:
