i WAS letting my long hair go back to its normal salt and pepper color for the last 1-1/2 years

THEN

recently i went to two different restaurants in one week, and the 20-ish hostess at each one asked if i'd like to see the senior menu; i looked on the wall where the "rules" and hours are posted, and on both, "senior" is defined as 65 and up

i just don't think so!!! i'm just not THAT old!

love my new dark brown with blonde highlights hair!

Very Happy

Queenie

I don't know if white counts as grey. I was 21. Things went BOOM in the night and I've never been the same since... And it was WHITE!

My students and I were talking one day about something on a completely different subject and one of them started talking about an old man but the context wasn't right somehow. When asked how old this person was, the student assured me he was about 40!

Ah, the perspective of the young...

I have discovered a cure for baldness!

After years of shaving my head, I decided to let my hair grow back in, probably as a response to this thread. I somehow seem to have more hair that when I first started shaving it, nearly 10 years ago! This is really weird. My doctor says it's probably my body's defensive reaction to the extreme strength of the sun here. Do I call this a proceding hairline?

I think I'll start shaving again, as I sort of prefer being bald.

Best,
Justin

PS- The doctor also says that it's a sign that the sun here is to strong for me, and I should NEVER again set foot outdoors without a hat, as the risk of skin cancer later in life is way too high...so it's not exactly a perfect cure...
