|

I guess I've been influenced by the news media -- every now and again you read about how they find a house full of like 50 dogs and 100 cats and animal rescue has to come in, and health officials condemn the place, etc, etc, etc...
Well, I dunno if there's anything to that degree happening near me, but I do have a bit of a suspicion that one of my neighbours is hoarding cats. At any given time, passing by their house, day or night, I see no less than 5 of them hanging out front, plus kittens. The house looks a bit in rough shape and I never see anyone go in or out and it's always closed up... Also, it REEKS of cat sh*t up to 3 houses away on either side...
Anyone have any ideas on how I could approach this issue? Are there animal rescue/animal welfare groups that I could call up so they can investigate?
Thanks in advance, all!

Well, you could try contacting ARK:

It's hard to say, really. Best of luck. |

On the 'Whale of a time' thread you wrote:-

I don't know if I'll be willing to try cat or rat when I get around to visiting China -- but who knows, I might.

Anyone else thinking what I'm thinking.......?
