There is not much you can do to plan ahead on this. It is a smallish place and I suspect that any real estate 'agent' is a fellow sitting at a local coffee shop who speaks only Arabic. Hopefully your employer will help you out with this... and/or the people you work with. It might take a bit of searching now with the competition from the construction projects.
