hi! im teaching here in costa rica... planning on moving out of my place and in with some friends and wondering if anyone out there is looking for a room to rent..
its a 2bedroom place (my room mate is a young professional from dc doing real estate down here) clean and new condo, fully furnished, 24 hr security gate and guard, escazu centro (nice area!) tons of stuff around (bars, shops, restaurants, etc) close to public transit, easy bus ride to san jose.. great if you are working in san jose area and dont want to live IN the city. cable and internet as well, parking, washer and dryer in unit...
rent is about $300
