I've been teaching FCE and CAE for about a year and a half. BUt really have no idea how to grade the written or oral. Do you know of places that teach you how to do this? Specifically Peru.

You can get Cambridge Past Papers, (One book with Answers and the other the Teachers book), for both the above and the Teachers book is quite useful.
If Amazon doesn't have them, this site will.
