I would just like to point out that, contrary to what is being insisted upon in this forum, there IS NO "IH" Jakarta.
The school in Jakarta does not have an International House affiliation.
I would also add that not everyone who works for IH Malaysia has a negative experiece. It would be a mistake to believe that one persons opinion was objective. There are a number of teachers who have been here for a considerable length of time now, and like it just fine. Remember, this is Asia. If you don't like Asia, you won't like it here, or at any school in Asia.

Below is an exact copy of any information sheet that I was given by
IH Malaysia before I left for Jakarta. Please note: �International House Jakarta � at the top. IH Malaysia is telling people (myself and others) that the school I worked for in Jakarta is an IH school � which is not true.
(I can send a copy of the original � which is on official IH Malaysia
paper � to anyone who wants it.)

A school to be avoided at all costs. If you don't like Asia you'll not like this school - and if you don't like lying, cheating school operators, you certainly won't like this place (at least that is what i understand from reading the above posts).
