I'm coming to Taiwan very soon and I am wondering if anyone has any idea about affordable short-term lodging. I would like to stay somewhere inexpensive while looking for a job, perhaps as long as a month.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Taipei or surrounding area doesn't matter. |

| buy a lonely planet taiwan guide book. as i read your post, you seem not have narrowed down which region of taiwan you desire to begin your search. the book mentioned above has hostels, etc. regardless of where you end up. it is also valuable for other resons: propping windows open, killing centipedes... |
