Just wondering if anyone else has had a problem with this bank which claims to be American but in fact runs very independently of US office? I know this isn't exactly an ESL question but when I was there teaching, I used this bank and then they refused to release my funds and are now charging me $50/mo to "store" the funds! Crying or Very sad
