Thanks |

I'm in Malaysia but I've only been here a month. My feeling is that conversation/oral English classes aren't very popular. This is just from my brief experience in KL. |

I have been here for two years, and I would say that there is lots and lots of work. Many colleges and schools are hiring at the moment, and I would be extremely suprised if you were unable to find a job within twenty four hours.
Pay and living conditions are pretty good, and it is possible to live a fairly comfortable life on a teachers salary. |

Sounds delightful! But... what sort of qualifications do you need? I've always read tha you need an MA or more to work in Malyasia. Would a CELTA, a BA and some teaching experience suffice? |

I have been thinking about part-time work since I got here but nothing has come up. I'm out in Sunway though. Maybe downtown there are more language schools. I have been here for five weeks and I have yet to meet a language school teacher. |
