With the mushrooming of new universities/colleges/language schools throughout the area, just how many of these new places will prove viable in terms of educational ethics and acceptable standards or are they just being set up for financial viability purposes?
It seems like that we are now hearing more and more about these new institutions but with reduced job benefits for teachers!

And the employment standards will fall in line to match the level but will decraese as money runs out.

It's all about money, as you said.
