| Quibby, your husband's experience with Nova wouldn't have had anything to do with his lack of teaching experience- the vast majority of Nova recruits have none, and no TESOL study either. I was accepted by them when I was 20 and hadn't even finished university, I certainly had no teaching experience. It's hard to say what causes them to reject people in some cases- as you said, the other office accepted him, right? |

| They did but when they called us we told them that we couldnt leave until Feburary they then told us to apply later. The next time we applied we applied at the other office, that office didnt accept him. I read somewhere that women have a better chance at getting a job with Nova,but I do not know how true that is...and if it is true then that would make sense. |
