Hi guys-I'm wondering if you can help point me in the right direction.
I have just been rejected for a job in China-tickets booked,Z in passport
because I said I had Hepatitis C.
I was told the "law of contagian" is more strict now in China.
Is this standard across Asia?
Do all countries need a medical for residence?
Any advise is greatly appreciated-(just before I hang up my hat.)
Thanks-Christine |

I believe, that in China you won't need to get a medical check and blood tests done if you work on a 6 month contract. I could be wrong but, this is what I was told. You'd have to lie about your Hep C status but, no one would be checking. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I don't know about other countries though. |

Hey Calories-thanks for the reply!
Unfortunately I'm none the wiser. The rules seem to change from school to school.
Maybe there are advantages to be had with illegal joints! |
