Hi Girls,

Ok ok, I know I need to lose a bit of weight but I'm currently like a size 16 US and about 5'8. I think there will be NO cute clothes options for me in Turkey. I'm bringing five huge bags each weighing about 70KG. I love fashion. Any suggestions or comments about what I might expect in terms of clothing choice?

I know several shops that sell big sizes but they are in the south of Turkey. Good jeans, nice jackets...fixed price of 30 YTL. T-shirts cost 12 YTL.
I'm not quite sure how big 16 US is, but they have until 54 European, which is HUGE. If you're ever going south, just let me know and I'll show you the way.

Oh thanks, you're so......sweet! I'd love to go to the south of Turkey sometime. Maybe after a month or so I'll be ready to shop. I'm up to six huge bags. My husband is like "who the hell is going to want to pick you up from the airport". he he

Baba Alex: sorry, I don't play bass but I do play the accordion if that is of any use? Smile

Caterinamh: Don't worry about all your bags. I have recently arrived with about 10 huge bags. Had to organise a bit at the airport but they do have lovely porters there who totally overcharge.
