Case #1: I worked for one college in the private sector that was grossly missrepresenting it's programs and commiting a number of offenses. I refused to renew my contract.
Case #2: Private sector educational provider.
The hired illigal, non-qualified workers and sent them to a band 1 EMI school.
I haven't got time at the present to list all of the offenses from the above organisations. But, I would like some quick feedback if possible.

Case #1 - depends if actually breaking the law.
Case #2 - Yes. Should not be using illegal workers. Report them. |

Yep it's not kosher to hire illegals. That's not right to do to the students at any school. The school's paying for professionals they should get professionals. The kids deserve no less than that. |
