Hi everyone. I will be moving to Lima after the New Year and wanted to know what the weather is like in the winter? Does it get really cold? I know in the mountainside it does..but in Lima? I'm planning ahead on what kind of clothing to bring. Would knee high boots be too warm or is it just right? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks!

After New Year would be summer, it gets about 26 degrees in summer. Winter is cold, but depends on where you are coming from. I wear lots of layers. Where I work, I can see my breath in the morning.
