As much fun as it is to continually granny bash good ol' EF Bekasi and Kalimalang I must shift my attention to a story of a nefarious (ex?) member of the Kalimalang franchise who was, how would one say, rather fond of collecting 'beer bottles' from the local nightclubs.

Turns out the poor young man wasn't too well educated in the art of bottle opening and the ensuing situation provided months of merciless ribbing and general mirth to us infidels at the Bekasi school.

Turns out that our good friend made one of his holy trips to the mecca of modern sin that is 'Stadium' one Friday night. For those of you out there in ESL land who aren't fortunate to have been initiated - 'Stadium' is the epitome of depravity, perfect fun for a bit of 'bottle watching' but takeout isn't recommended.

Turns out poor bottle opener had been rather too fond of his weekly take out and had been popping corks and tops in a rather cavalier manner for too many months, resulting in nasty emissions on the bedsheets of the EF owned and co-habited house up in the sh1thole that is Kalimalang.

All this had been kept a close guarded secret for many months until the pembantu (house maid), employed by the school to keep order in the staff house finally had enough of 'spilt beer' in this young man's bedroom and decided to take a stand...

As the legend goes she collected up the offending bedsheets after a protracted long-weekend of spillages and duly deposited them on the reception desk of EF the following Tuesday morning (presumably with her letter of resignation) for all and sundry to see.

All this wouldn't have been so bad if it was merely 'spilt beer' that adorned the offending bedsheets but alas, this is Indonesia and beer goes stale quickly in the heat over here. Turns out our friend had been suffering from an acute case of gonorrhea for more than a few months and the pembantu had finally lost patience with the highly unenviable task of cleaning up after Mr. Messy week after week after week.

I can only imagine the look on our bottle opening friend's face when he reported to the DOS's office for 'a chat' later that day.

At least, being Indonesia, he could rest assured that the secret would remain safe with the pembantu, front desk staff and satpams on duty that dark, ill-fated Tuesday morning.

Wherever you are Mr. Alex Sugden, I and the collective bottle tops of downtown Jakarta salute you.

Allbeit in a rather limp manner.

Paps

what exactly was your point in posting a story like this about him on here? the total dislike that all teachers/ staff/ dos and yes, even the director had for you at those schools is well documented and somewhat legendary ....but they have moved on and its time for you to do the same...how many years has it been now? your last post to me talked about soap in a prison shower ( or something) and now this about him?.... c'mon "j" i think this last one may have been a bit much.
....lets go for some tact, or maybe a little wit with the next one
i'll take the words out of your mouth now and say that tact and wit are not my strong points either but your last post served no purpose and this strange obsession you have with those schools is now bordering on scary. and don't forget....

those who live in glass houses........

In conclusion, as we already know, EF is not the best school to work for, and, clearly, Paps is not a person you'd want to employ.

Cool

yeah, well worded team-p. Ja...( oops), i mean" paps" is not the employable type, or atleast that is what a handful of his previous employers are all telling me. in addition to those people i have been getting a load info about him from a sweet little girl called Dha-Dha. she has been more than willing to spill the beans about this guy. do you remember her paps??
