For those of you who are die hard hockey fans, like myself, do you know of any websites to watch NHL games? I can listen, but I can't watch any games. Heck I'd even watch the Devils vs the Panthers. Crying or Very sad

I have yet to see this type of service for the NHL. I have MLB.com which costs about $100/year. Regular season I got about 5 games a day. It would be nice to see this for hockey but you have to have broadband and the NHL would have to get some fast servers. Nothing worse than watching a game and the screen freezes at a critical moment!

I agree. I have broadband, but am not able to see any NHL games. NHL.com has links to audio sites to listen to the games, but no video.

OK this one covers both hockey and cinema. The NFB made a film-and a great one- a few years ago called the Spinner Spencer Story. It was directed by Atom Egoyan and shown on CBC. CBC have even made some excellent films (stop laughing) including one about Thatcher the politician who murdered his wife (allegedly) and one about abused altar boys that won a lot of awards.

Capergirl Margarets Museum was excellent. OH hockey. Gordon if you are in Japan cant you get the American Forces Network??? They show hockey but not until the playoffs.

One of the things about maturing as a country is that you don't have to be held to past associations. I often find that the image people in other countries have of Canada is totally false and I have to work hard to change it (i.e. caribou clogging roads in Niagara Falls, snow 365 days, part of the US).

Having said that, hockey still rules.
