Who can help out? I know AEON's pretty paro about sharing their training packet. But I'd really love to get a copy somehow.
Can anyone help out?
I'm in Thailand.
If you're willing, let me know what you're capable of doing.
PDF, etc. Mail a COD copy.

Look at the search function young sir. Maybe you can PM to people who say they work or did work at ECC. They will be the best bet to have this packet.
PS. What is paro? |

What do you want it for??? That thing is fricken huge, unlikely anyone would have it on anything other than hard copy.
Rolling stone you really need to sober up before you post! Why would a current/former employee of ECC have the AEON training packet!!
paro = paranoid

Thanks so much for your aged wisdom. But I'm not about to PM everyone who works for AEON (I'll leave that ECC bit alone). And you may refer to me as Miss.
And from what I remember, it's not THAT thick. Yeah, hard copy would be ideal(easy to transfer), but I doubt anyone other than head office would have access to that.
I don't care if it's the East or West Japan version. They're all eikaiwa to me...
Anyway, if anyone has anything useful or constructive to contribute, please do. Otherwise, just leave it alone(yeah, that's to YOU, RS-san) |

Well mine (East Japan, Kansai) is a ring binder and it is FULL, so thick enough as far as I am concerned.

As luck would have it I just scanned in 9 pages from the Aeon handbook for something I was doing.
The handbook is massive but these 9 pages include basics on behaviour/lesson planning and interviews. PM me your email and I'll send you a copy.

I don't know why Aeon would be paranoid about their handbook, it's about as original as a glass of water, with all the of the positive benefits removed obviously. |
