Hi, I posted this question on the teacher training forum and haven't gotten any feedback- thought I might have better luck here.
I am interested in teaching in Ecuador for a period of 6 months to a year. I have a BA, but no certification. Is it worthwhile for me to pay for a certification course? If so, does anyone know anything about CEDEI in Cuenca? The course looks promising to me, but I would like to hear others' opinions.

| I am going to the CEDEI to get my TEFL certification in December. It was recommended to me by a former college Spanish professor, so I think it is reputable enough. It is also possible to teach there afterwards, which I may very well do, and you make about 5 an hour. Are you going there for sure? |
