Having arrived into Muscat a month ago I found apartment hunting to be one of the most difficult tasks I faced. Finally I ended up with a fully furnished apartment in Al-Qurm owned by an Omani family next door. However, my apartment is three bedroom - a little large for one person. I don't know if there are any teachers out there looking for accomodation but if any one is interested in sharing a flat please send me a PM. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and kitchen. Everything is furnished....towels, sheets, washer, etc...all utilities included. I am expecting my ADSL service to be installed in the next week.
