| I wanted to enquire as to whether or not there are affordable, well equipped gyms (cardio and heavy weights, squat rack, etc.) in a decent sized town like Kyoto, Sendai or Sapporo...what kind of price range are we talking about? Any information about gyms will be appreciated....cheers, D |
Gold's and Tipness center are great gyms. a little less than 10,000 yen allows you to work out at any Gold's gym in Japan. Tipness Center is the same cost. |

You reckon Gold's wouldn't care about the tatoos either? |

| Gold's Japan prohibits visible tattoos, let they allow you to work out if you cover them up. I knew a guy who had full sleeve tats at Golds...he just had to wear long-sleeve shirts when he worked out. |

| I've seen a chick working out who had a visable tattoo! When I joined no one asked me about tattoos. I don't have any. I will look at my contract tonight and see if anything is stated about tattoos and post the information tomorrow. |

| Yesterday at Gold's, I saw a guy working out with a large tatto on his left arm. I think it was a sun or whatever. So Gold's has no restrictions against tattos. |
