| How effective is their administration?Are they able to process visas,salaries,tickets etc reasonably quickly or do they take forever? |

The fact that you haven't lived here long enough to notice things yet doesn't mean they don't happen. Shouting at people from cars is quite common (particularly if they're students who failed the exam), and throwing rotten eggs or tomatoes from cars at expatriates is not uncommon either. Another common trick played on TCNs is impersonating police officers and robbing the TCNs of their phones and belongings. Soliciting both sexes is frequent amongst all age groups. |

| Yes,but at least Saudi cities are safe to walk in at night,in stark contrast to the UK.Also,I would challenge the elderly persons who are so vocal here to state categorically that they would feel less safe in Riyadh than in the centre of Chicago.How many of them actually venture into their own cities after dark? |
