How good (fast) are internet capabilities in Taiwan? And can someone give me an idea of how expensive long term connections/accounts are. Is it different outside of Taipei?

| Thanks again JS. Currently I'm debating between Taipei and either TaiChung or Tainan. If you can, please tell me more of the disadvantages of Taipei. Is it really that much more expensive than TaiChung or Tainan? Cheers. |
