Does anyone have experience of working in Yemen? I have been offered a position working for Mali and wondered if there are any pitfalls working for them and Yemen as a Country

All comments gratefully accepted

Thanks in advance

I knew a German friend who was working in Yemen sometime ago. He liked it, and wished to return if an opportunity arises.
The people of Yemen are nice, friendly, and co-operative.
Even though Yemen is not rich like its Gulf neighbours, bu has historical and nice places with a long coast in the ocean and red sea. Yemen is famous with its Gigantic mountains with villages like fortresses on the top of the peaks.
You will meet the old wisdom and the art of the Land of the Queen of Sheba everywhere.
Yemen is the origin of Arab tribes in the Gulf, and has been mentioned in many historical books for its old civilization. And its an attractive place, especially for the Germans. Living expenses are cheap.
The famous cities are Sanaa, the capital, and Aden which is a coast city.
