Hi all,
I would like suggestions for somewhere to take around 400 P1-P4 students for a school picinic in the last week of November.

Places that have convenient and clean washroom facilities and possibly some indoor activity areas would be the ideal, but all ideas welcome. Last time we went to a country park which resembled a dust bowl with the nearest washrooms a 15 minute walk up a hill-so anything better than that would be great! We plan to have activities that involve running short distances and hopping and skipping races etc.
Thanks,
Once Again.

I remember doing picnic days in 2 places. One of them was in Ma On Shan - the main park fronting the water. It was quite decent, lots of school groups there, and plenty of cleanish toilet facilities. No charge to enter the park. They have an outdoor maze, too.

The other one I remember now, and might be preferable over Ma On Shan if it's not too late already is the Tai Po Waterfront Park. They have a structure with a spiral ramp that kids enjoy running up, as well as water features, an indoor area and plenty of outdoor space with eating areas.
