Thanks Cezarek - the owner of the Language Pub is a friend of mine from the days of way back but alas, it's not the most happening place to hang out in Sopot... full of miserable expats...  |

Sure I'd be up for a beer sometime. Sunday is wide open for me. I'm getting a little bored with the old haunts around that big Saint Mary church which I live very near to.
Suggest a time and place but bear in mind you're talking to someone who still has to point at meats he wants in the grocery store. And all Polish streets sound like a mess of shhh's to me.
The phrase 'hook up' may not be the best to use. In the States it has a very different connotation... |

Since you mentioned it, I actually went to Klub Zak on Saturday night. My roommate had heard of it and wanted to check it out. It's a cool place and the beer is cheap, but was pretty dead there so we didn't stay long.
If you still want to meet for piwo maybe something a little closer to (or in) Glowny would work better for me. How about Wednesday? |

im not actually in gdansk until the end of Jan so wont be able to make it on Wednesday... but when the time comes I might suggest absynt as a possible starting place... unless you have a better suggestion...? |
