My husband (Peruvian) and I are currently in Peru and would like to leave. I'm an American and have four years experience and state certs. WE're looking at Italy, China, and Finland. He would really like to go to Finland. My question is if we went, would there be work for him? He's a Systems Engineer and speaks Spanish. Any hope for him to get a job?
Thanks!

You need a company to sponsor you, ie, a work contract.

After that, no problem. But winters are dark, and summers infuriatingly light.

PM me if you want to know more.

Is it difficult to get a company to sponsor me? Are schools usually willing to do this?

Just to warn you, Finland is EXTREMELY protectionist. It's not impossible, but very difficult to get a work visa, so be prepared for a struggle. Check out www.iesaf.fi for more information.
Onnea! (Good luck)
