I found a great site today and some of you may already know it. It is a site where they will shop at Costco and ship you the products at a pretty minimal price (800 yen for 30kg). The mark up on the goods is also quite low and it is shipped out within 3 days. For those of us not near one of the 4 Costcos in Japan it is good news.
The Foreign Buyers Club in my opinion is a real ripoff and the quantities can be enormous.

I have used The Flying Pig several times and they are a great service. They have a very good odering system that tracks the weight of your purchases as well as their volume, thus enabling you to track your shipping costs. Keep in mind that frozen is additional. Be careful when ordering fresh bakery items as freshness cannot be guaranteed. In addition, not all of Costco's items are on their site but evidently if you send them an email, they'll try to get what you are looking for-so long as it's not a sofa.
