For all the toothpaste connoisseurs living in Tokyo who don�t have a Costco membership, I found Colgate (250 Yen for 175 grams) at the American Pharmacy near the Shinobazu Entrance of Ueno Station.
They also had Speed Stick deodorant (577 Yen for 92 grams), and numerous Western soaps.
I think not being able to find Western deodorant was one of my biggest complaints.
The store had a lot of other good things. If you really like paper towel, they have Bounty for 400 Yen. A bit expensive.
Anyway, I know the question of where to find deodorant or toothpaste has been asked before, and this is the first time I remember seeing either. |
