|
|
I've started to look around for flights for the end of next month to Istanbul. Entering the country on a three month tourist visa as I will be, do I have to have a return Ticket, a visible "exit" ticket in order to get through customs?
Or can I just get a single ticket to Istanbul?
I had a nasty experience in my GAP year when I tried to enter Bali. I had a flight into Bali and a flight out of Thailand (was travelling up through Indonesia to Thailand). When I got off the plane in Bali I was stopped and told I couldn't enter the country because I had no visible 'exit' from the country. Took a $50 bribe to let me in |

You'll be fine mate. No probs. Don't worry. Job's a good un. Chill out. BE cool. not to worry. All's calm on the western front.

Haha, it did actually freak me out too. Don't know why I had it up for so long, meant to take it off. There it is gone now, you may sleep easy |

I hope your not implying that Kodak is some kind of grotesquely ugly freak that breaks mirrors just looking at them. |

I wouldn't even assume that was him. I'm tired of people asking me "who's that?" Smiling headshots are normally reserved for people that you know. It's uncomfortable for a stranger to be staring at me. |

In that case Kodak has all the necessary qualifications to be an EFL teacher. |

Yes Kodak you are too pretty to be an English teacher. Avoid Barlinnie and Saughton. |

Copland Road is another illustrious postcode. |

My aunt has moved to Moray (Firth....?) because she lost out badly in her second divorce and her third husband has taken early retirement. They chose there because house prices are cheap-that is what my mother says anyway. |
