I know that there are several regulations that must be met, before I can work in Peru legally.
However, I have heard that there is a salary cap, and a limit on how many foreigners can be employed by a given school.
If this is true, what's the current salary cap? |

Never heard of a salary cap. the most I heard of a school paying was around 22,000 USD a year. Most will pay between 500 and 1000 USD a month. |

Foreign wages are not suppost to be a certain level higher than domestic ones there has to be a good ratio of domestic teachers to foreign. According to Labour Law in many countries. Dunno about Peru. But this is only of companies that are of a certain size. |

Thank you, naturegirl321 and RyanS, for your responses!
(I'm guessing that I don't need to worry about it too much.) |
