After two years and three months in Peru, I'm finally getting my resident visa. I leave today to go to Ecuador and will get it on Monday and then by next week I'll finally get my Carn� de Extranjeria! |

I was on a special OIM visa. LIke a diplomat visa, but non-immigrant |
