i know indians speak English as there are so many indian languages that to communicate in India Indians speak a broken sort of english. But
it is far far from NATIVE speaker.

you are not a native speaker. And if i was interviewing you on the telephone and heard your accent i would end the interview.

Not because you are Indian but because you lied about such an important aspect of the application requirement.

If you told me you were American but had a KIWI accent I would do the same thing. End the interview.

I mean who can understand ANYTHING a kiwi says hahahahaha

I just want to back up Elan re: Expatella girl.

In her previous posts, she has shown a strong regard
about anyone of colour coming to Moscow. "Do not come
it is too dangerous, you have been warned" etc etc Laughing

trying to make out it is dangerous as Baghdad!

Now don't get me wrong, I recommend to everyone either black
or white to exercise caution while in Moscow or any big city
in the former Soviet Union. It isn't a playground for anyone
and is a dangerous place if you get mixed up in the wrong crowd
or end up in the wrong place at night.

Be careful.

Just like if you are white and end up in a Favela in Rio de Janiero
more than likely you are going to get mugged and if you wear rings
get your fingers cut off. Do I advise white people not to go to Brazil?
Of course not! Be careful! we aren't talking about Moghadishu here!

I think Expatella Girl real feelings on the subject can be took from this
quote here. I actually do think she has issues regarding race. If you read the whole thread and what she writes because I don't want you to take the statment below out of context. (Not that I need to because expatella
girl is pretty consistent with her racist lies and scare mongering)

I made the comparisons and I agree with what she said being hyperbole! she is describing a place that doesn't exist and cannot exist because she makes too many assumptions and wild generalizations that ALL Russians are racist and ALL Russians have a narrow view of mixed race relationships. Just to quote two of the many genralizations she has made.

So I made the comparison just to give any reader a fair and balanced view. Moscow isn't Baghdad, Moghadishu or even Rio de Janiero. To say that and I quote:

Is making a comparison to a place such as Baghdad and you know and I know and she knows that's a lie.

This is a thread about Moscow being a dangerous city is it not? so I'm allowed to make a comparison with Moscow in realtion to other dangerous cities such as Moghadishu, Grozny, Baghdad or anywhere I like. This is what you call balance and something that is sorely needed in this thread I think.

What do you mean how to address blacks? She was refering to African people thus African is the appropiate term. Her comments about PC have no place in this discussion at all. So why did she comment on it? Why are you commenting on it for that matter? She obviously is making a loaded
statment about what to call black people and she can't call them what she did in the good ol' days. It has no place in this discussion. Except that it shows her true colours about the subject of race.

You agree that the term 'whitey' is innapropiate then go on to defend

This exposes expatella girl for what she is, a racist scare mongerer. What she is saying in so many words that racist slurs and insults are acceptable
and she doesn't mind you calling her 'whitey' thus everyone is fair game! I disagree with that and I find 'whitey' as insulting as any racial term used for a black person or any other race.

She wasn't just acknowledging it! She was asking for the reader to actively use it! 'Call me whitey, I don't mind" is asking for a racist slur to be used on herself because she doesn't mind racist slurs on black people!
