| It is if you get paid by the hour. If you get paid a monthly salary I suppose they are paid, but that salary will certainly have been calculated to reflect holidays. |

I don't ever remember getting holiday pay on hourly contracts, only on monthly salaries. Holiday pay on hour contracts is not standard. |

| I think I may have been misunderstood. I was agreeing that it is standard to not be paid for holidays...in other words, don't expect to be paid for time you are not working. |
