And there was me thinking that this was all done and dusted. Well, allow me to retort.....

Firstly, I AM a teacher at JIA, so is grafton and so was jonnyB61. This is a fact. Both myself and grafton will be more than happy to have our personal emails given to prospective applicants/candidates should they be requested.

Anyone with half a brain can see that those who have posted overly negative comments have some kind of personal issue/agenda with the school (or/and those who own/work for it). I am not even going to bother to lower myself and actually respond to the malicious (and possibly libelous) comments made.

In contrast, there have now been three users who have posted overly positive comments on the thread(s), all of which have had direct contact and experience with both JIA and Language Solutions. Do you see a pattern here?

Personally, as a teacher who hopes to have colleagues that will combine to create a dynamic and creative team, I would say this: if you feel that you can see through the mire and consider yourself a competent teacher with some kind of intellectual ability to offer, then you should get in touch. If you are still uncertain then, once again, theres only one way to find out and that is by applying directly via the job-posting already mentioned.

Over and out

.. they're back ! ... Odd that your posting time for the above is UK time and not Saudi time - seeing as youre out there like. It registers as UK time from where i'm sat.

Language Solutions appear to be running into problems in Kuwait also. I think this horse has been flogged enough.

Jack the Lad, not content with having sunk his own ship, still comes back for more. We KNOW who you are! The only question is- which one of the Ansari brothers are you. There you go, named and shamed, just couldn't let it ride could you. The problem is that most sane, qualified and normal teachers don't want to work for Jack the Lad type outfits and judged by your own terms your posts are simply self condemnatory. But then that's what you'd expect from teachers thrust into a management position, I mean, it's not as if you're there for any other reason than the incidental fact that your father, poor man, runs the company. You weren't even able to survive working as instructors, what with the beating up of students and total incompetence. Would guys like you ever get into KFUPM or even JIC, one thinks not of course. And yet here you are lording it over well qualified, experienced and sincere teachers who came to Saudi Arabia not simply on the basis of your ads on TEFL.COM but to do a good job and make a positive contribution. What they got was contempt, bullying, threats, outrageous clauses that were hidden from them, poor resources, total confusion as to what the set up was to be about and most insufferable of all- endless intimidation. It's the intimidation, the bullying that people can not stand and must be warned against. The Ansaris, let's call them who they are, Jon861 and Jack the Lad- are ultimately extremely naieve almost child like in their simple mindedness, you can sense it clearly enough in their posts- the loutish bravado- and the as if I care attitude. Stop pretending to be teachers, the only teachers you have got and have ever had are moving on and not looking back, for the ones that have gotten away, either to JIC or elsewhere, the nightmare is over. Now you stew in your own juice as JIA folds. Jack the Lad and your bruvver- the manadghement duhh- stick to running an ice cream van in Leiceter, one Ansari to pull the ice cream lever and the other to hold the cone. And don't beat up the customers, they're only kids!

OK, here's a suggestion. If I upload a photo of myself sitting on a horse in Jubail will you then accept that I am not one of the Ansari brothers? (The only problem is that someone out there in readerland will have to explain to me how to do it. Embarassed )

If that won't satisfy you then tell me what will.

And please, please stop calling me 861. It's the first letter of my surname followed by the year I was born and it's B61. So, you see, my surname isn't Ansari at all.

Good on ya Jonny B

However, they'll just say that it could be of anyone - which it could. I've nothing to hide so, yes, why don't one of you suggest how we might prove our identity rather than jumping to conclusions. Then we can hopefully put all of this nonsense behind us.

Schubert, are you still in Bahrain you sad little (ahem!) man. Go home to mummy and face the music, will you. Surely you're missing out on some benefits that the government could dish out to you. Perhaps you'd like to be 'named and shamed' for the coward and dimwit that you are?

Robertinarabia, your postings bear no justification, completely lack any hard facts or evidence and smack of petty jealously.

Jack

The Ansaris retain their fiction even as they insult former teachers who were lucky enough to escape from JIA. Don't you dullards know that facts speak louder than words and that there is a consistent consensus built up over months and based on tragic incidents that JIA is a 'Jack the Lad' oufit to use your own term. Nice to see that the Ansaris- 861 and Jack the Lad continue to congratulate each other on the disastrous last six months in which excellent teachers were hounded and then sacked, where the center nose dived into the red and where Al Zouman threatened to withdraw his support. Now even Language Solutions are warning teachers not to fall prey to this set up. Your money will be taken from you, you will be bullied and you will be gagged by restrictive clauses. Be warned- this center is on notice that the alarm bells are ringing very loudly indeed. More than this however, teachers have risen up against the culture of intimidation wielded over the school by the Ansaris
( AKA Jack the Lad and Jon861)- former teachers themselves unwisely thrust into a position of management simply because their father owns the company. Both of them were sacked for incompetence and violence by a former reputable school in Jubail. Do you really believe that the long winded defence of the school- including great statements like- every class is equipped with a computer and - you must work hard seeing we pay you so much- can have possibly been written by anyone other than the owners- the Ansaris- tapping madly on their home computer? This is duhh - the manadghement talking- not teachers and the only people who will ever defend the Ansaris are the Ansaris themselves.
