I am currently teaching in Hunan province. I want to move to Shanghai in Feb. I want to get a job before I get there. Can anyone recommend any schools? Thanks for your time. |

You seriously expected someone here to just up and offer you a job clear out of the blue?
You do not state your qualifications, experience, age group you want to teach etc.
I will refrain from flaming you but really .... |

She asked if anyone could recommend any schools. She didn't ask someone to offer her a job. Personally I thought it was quite a reasonable request.
If people don't want to recommend schools, that is up to them. No reason to get all hot under the collar about it.
I'm pretty sure she is doing the general job hunt via the Internet as well. |

Really?
What does she teach?
What age level?
What kind of school is she looking for?
What are her qualificatio0ns?
What type visa does/will she have?
There are many Shanghai threads here at Dave's. Did she search them before posting?
Fudan is a great University. The pay is low, the hours are high, the students are above average. Do you have the qualifications? Does that help you? Of course not.
No way anyone can post an intelligent recommendation. |

Even the thread title: "Are there any teachers in Shanghai?"
NO GIRL - OF COURSE NOT -ABSOLUTELY NONE!
Smells like a troll or a post from someone who would have difficulty putting together a lesson plan. |

For some disturbing reason, I can picture Malsol wearing a dress and calling himself MichelleV. |

It was 11 when I checked it an hour ago. Now I know what Malsol really thinks of me. |
